City Parks
The Riverside Park has a heated swimming pool, wading pool, 2 Picnic Shelters (w/ water & electricity), and a large, beautiful landscape for picnicking and family activities. The park also has access to the river for canoeing and tubing, 2 playground areas, a community outdoor stage, sand volleyball, and a renovated historic cabin.
There are 45 campsites with electric and water, clean restrooms and bathhouse, an RV dump site. The campsite is within a close proximity to playground, picnic and pool areas.
The Riverside Park is open Mid-May to September, and is located on the south edge of town.

Historical
Blessing Museum is located at 201 Almeron Avenue in Drayton maintaining artifacts and records from Pembina, Walsh, Kittson, and Marshall counties. The grounds contain an authentic log cabin and replica sod house and ox cart and are always open. Between 1843 and 1873, this house and store, owned by Antoine B. Gingras, served the Metis community of St. Joseph. Buildings are the oldest standing structures built by Euro-Americans in North Dakota.

The Pembina State Museum is a North Dakota State Historical Society-owned museum in Pembina, and features two exhibit galleries and an observation tower. The gallery features the history of the Pembina area. Beginning with fossils and prehistoric tools, it begins to focus on the trade industry of North Dakota's first white settlement. The Red River ox cart and other fur trade industry items are on display. The museum also explains the frontier forts and the Canadian border.
The State Historical Society of North Dakota is an agency that preserves and presents history through museums and historic sites in the state of North Dakota. The agency operates the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck, which serves as a history museum for the state, oversees the preservation of the state's historic places, and presents the history of the state to the public in exhibits and branch museums.
