WIC
The Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program is a supplemental food program for women, infants and children to age five. Medical and nutritional screenings are completed on participants, and information on eating habits and proper nutrition is provided as well as breasfeeding/formula feeding education and supplies.

Cavalier: All Thursdays and some Wednesdays
Walhalla: 1st Wednesday of every month - Call 265-4764 appointment
Langdon: 2nd Wednesday of every month -Call 265-4764 appointment
Drayton: 3rd Wednesday of every month - Call 265-4764 appointment
Eligibility Requirements:
UPDATE: Our income quidlines keep going up- most average families now qualify! Please call our office to see if you are eliagable.
Low income people who meet the income requirements of the agency's funding sources- anyone on medicaid, SNAP or TANF automatically qualify

Documentation:
1.) Income verification-(ex: recent paystubs of adults in houshold, taxes, or medicad eligabilty proof.)
2.) Address proof -Ex: utility bill, drivers licence, Letter from state agency, ect.
3.) ID: Drivers Licence, SS Card, Immunization Record, Birth Certificate, Passport, Ect.
