Construction begins Sunday on southbound I-29

Time: 3:00 PM

Construction will begin Sunday, June 10, on the southbound roadway of I-29 between Pembina and Drayton. The project consists of pavement repairs.

During construction:

• Traffic will be reduced to one lane in some areas

• Speeds will be reduced

• A width restriction of 15 feet will be in place

• Flaggers may be present

The project is expected to be complete by mid-June.

The traveling public should use caution when driving through the construction zone. Motorists should allow extra distance between their vehicles and the vehicles in front of them, use extra caution and obey flaggers and posted signs.
