QSP’s provide home and community-based care for older adults and adults with physical disabilities. QSP’s are crucial to supporting individuals in their home and community longer. This is a high need service in Rural areas. This is a part of a statewide recruitment process.

Set up: 9:00 am Meeting: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Room set up: Classroom style - tables and chairs facing front of the room.
