Pembina County Offices Second and Third Floor offices that had been located in the Emergency Operations Center after a fire have moved back into the courthouse today.

"The courthouse is open to be public on the second and third floor. The access door in on the north side of the courthouse. No public access is available on the south side, and the lower level of the courthouse will remain closed for repairs until approximately March 1".

Offices located on the second floor are: County Clerk/Recorder; Tax Director; Auditor/Treasurer/Supt of Schools; and Commission Board Room.

Offices located on the third floor is the States Attorney, County Judge , Courtroom, and Victims Witness Advocate.

"We are very excited to be back into our regular office space", stated Dorothy Robinson, Auditor-Treasurer-Superintendent of Schools for Pembina County . "We were able to provide seamless service to the public very quickly after our incident, and many citizens did not realize we were working offsite. We were in very close quarters in the basement of the law enforcement center and are now glad to be getting back to normal and with ready access to our files."

The offices that were located in the lower level of the courthouse remain in their alternate locations as follows:

All other county offices to include Pembina County Law Enforcement, Water Resource Board, Juvenile Probation Office, Veterans Service Office, Community Service and Restitution, Social Services, Highway Department, and Tri County Crisis have remained in their original location.

Pembina County Offices that had been located in the Courthouse were closed to the public for two days. They are now open to the public and operating out of the lower level of the Law Enforcement Center in the Emergency Operations Center . Offices relocated and operating from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are as follows:

(This fax number is to the EOC and is Emergency Management's fax number for all departments that are temporarily located in the EOC).

* All offices relocated in Cavalier have retained their primary phone number.

Offices may be accessed through the west entrance of the Law Enforcement Center at 308 Courthouse Drive .
The remaining departments from the courthouse have been relocated to the following sites:
